What documents will be provided for the truck?

We supply export customs documents, vehicle inspection report, and related certification for customs clearance at destination port.

What is your payment term?

We accept T/T. 30% deposit before production/preparation, the balance paid before shipment.

How long is the delivery time?

Normally 7–15 days after receiving your deposit, subject to truck stock and shipping schedule.

Can I inspect the truck before shipment?

Yes. We can take videos and photos for inspection, or you may arrange a third-party inspector at our yard.

What about after-sales service?

We provide technical guidance and spare parts support. Not include on-site overseas maintenance.
